ECF has been established to manage the carbon forest plantations that are planted on land owned by Enzo Nutraceuticals Ltd, a New Zealand based company that has interests in the Biotech & Natural Products sector. Enzo Nutraceuticals Ltd is the manufacturer of Enzogenol^®, a proprietary NZ radiata pine extract which is used in the world’s best quality dietary supplements & pharmaceutical formulations.

Enzo Nutraceuticals has committed to meeting its environmental obligations by establishing its own conifer forest plantations in order to offset the emissions generated by its business activities.

In response to your requests, Enzo is making its land available to our customers, to allow you to partake in opportunities & enjoyment generated by the planting of conifer forests & to offset your own personal carbon emissions & to obtain potential financial returns via ownership of a commercial forestry investment.

Acquire your own forest estate - 1 tree at a time:

ECF is offering you the opportunity to acquire individual DOUGLAS FIR trees that have been planted on land located in the beautiful Central Otago region of New Zealand. Each Winter ECF will arrange for the planting of more trees in response to customer demand & to meet its own requirements.

When you purchase a 6 pack of EnzoPure™ you automatically qualify for the commercial forestry rights to approximately 77 sqm of the forest. This land area will initially contain approximately 12 saplings but by year 50 will contain 6 trees after final thinning has taken place. In other words, buying a 6 pack of EnzoPure will you entitle you to the eventual commercial forestry rights associated with 6 ready-to-harvest 50 year old Douglas Fir trees.

When you receive the 6 pack of EnzoPure™ you will receive an Enzo Carbon Forests Bearer Bond which confers title. You need to look after this bond carefully as it is a bearer bond & therefore whoever holds it in their hands has the right to redeem it.

Each tree you acquire has a value that will increase inexorably over time without any further input from yourself. Just by leaving nature to take its course, your tree(s) can create financial rewards for yourself, your children, your grandchildren or perhaps even your great grandchildren.

Where are Enzo Carbon Forests located?

The forest is located in Central Otago, South Island, New Zealand. The trees are planted on tussock type countryside which has little or no other commercial utility. The land is freehold land and is unencumbered with debt. On the stocked portion of the property the soil is well drained, deep & with good structure for forestry. Rainfall is slightly higher on average during the summer months which is important for Douglas Fir & the area is sheltered from the prevailing southerly winds by the Teviot range.

The forest is professionally managed & there are no extra costs associated with ownership of the trees. The forest is covered by comprehensive fire & windthrow insurance, so your investment is in safe hands.
